The Tractor Shed - Function Space
The Tractor Shed is situated to the right of the cellar door. A private function space with spectacular views of the maze and vineyards. The design is a mix of modern rustic with an impressive cast iron wood fire at the centre back and towering ceilings. The space is separated from the hustle and bustle of the busier areas of the estate and lends itself to all types of gathering, no matter the occasion. Perfect of long afternoon lunches with family and friends, birthdays, engagements, small weddings, corporate and private events.
This space allows you and your guests to celebrate your occasion in one of the most beautiful landscapes around Port Macquarie.
The Tractor Shed | Blue Wren Option
Seats up to 14 people | $25/hour | 1 x Large Table
The Blue Wren hires one third of the Tractor Shed and gives your booking one large table with seating for up to 14 people and room around the table for free-standing decorations.
Available for bookings between 9am - 4pm.
Please be aware that when booking the Blue Wren option you are not booking exclusive use of the space and there could be 2 other groups using the Tractor Shed at the same time for their own functions . You cannot play music with this option.
The Tractor Shed | Bowerbird Option
Seats up to 28 people | $50/hour | 2 x Large Tables
The Bowerbird option hires two thirds of The Tractor Shed and gives you two large tables with seating for up to 28 people, with room around the tables for free-standing decorations.
Available for bookings between 9am - 4pm.
Please be aware that when booking the Bowerbird you are not booking exclusive use of the space and there could be 1 other group booked into The Tractor Shed at the same time for their own function. For exclusive use of the space, see the Kookaburra option below.
The Tractor Shed | Kookaburra Option
Seats up to 45 people | $75/hour | 3 x Large Tables
The Kookaburra option gives exclusive use of The Tractor Shed with three large tables and seating for up to 45 guests. You will also have the liberty of playing music having the space all to yourself.
Available for bookings between 9am - 4pm.
TRACTOR SHED GUIDELINES
All bookings please read below information before booking:
Can:
You can decorate your table (runners/flowers/vases etc.)
You can have free standing decorations (easels/cushions/small side tables etc.)
You can bring your own food or have someone set up food on site (ie. grazing table)
You can play music or have a solo artist play in the space (only available for the Kookaburra exclusive option)
Cannot:
You cannot bring your own alcohol
You cannot affix anything to the walls or surfaces with sticky tape, blu-tac, pins, nails, etc.
You cannot cook food on site, ie. no BBQs.
Please Note: If you require time to set up or pack down for your function include this in your hourly hire, as this could affect other people booking the space before or after you.
An hourly cleaning fee will be charged if the space is left in a disrespectful manor, as well as any charges for damages.
Picnics at Bago
At Bago we love picnics and are happy to share our grounds with you.
We are happy for you to come out and picnic any day of the week on the grounds, but any groups of 10+ need to call or email to book with cellar door before coming out on (02) 6585 7099 or the contact us link below.
Picnic Guidlines.
Picnics are for a maximum of 30 people only (for larger group bookings on the grounds please contact us below for consideration).
There is no fee to picnic for smaller groups.
Tables are not reserved. Neither are spaces on the lawn.
There is no wet weather contingency for picnic groups. (Please see the Tractor Shed for our undercover group booking space).
Can:
You can have free standing decorations (easels/cushions/rugs/picnic blanket)
You can bring your own food or have someone set up food on site (ie. grazing table)
Cannot:
You cannot bring your own alcohol
You cannot cook food on site, ie. no BBQs.
You cannot play music
You cannot have anything hanging from the trees
You cannot move the picnic tables
You cannot set up gazebos/marquees
